How does the design process work?
We are usually starting with our own sample, something we
have already listed on the mentioned websites. After a preliminary email
conversation, where we discuss all your ideas, dreams and taste details, we
will design a custom product. If it’s a wedding, a birthday party, a
Christening or Baptism, if it’s a shower or a sweet 16 celebration:YOUR design
will include YOUR wishes and will reflect YOUR personality, making sure that
this first step will set the tone for the entire event.
Do I have to pay for a consultation?
NO!
We pride ourselves
with not charging clients for something they can’t touch or see in person. You
will not be charged a consultation fee. We will work with you on one (or more)
sample and you will receive emails with several pictures reflecting your ideas
incorporated in the design. You will not have to pay for any of those. You have
the freedom not to purchase any of the items, just let us know, no questions
asked.
Do I have to pay for samples?
YES.
The samples are the result of days, sometimes weeks of work.
Even though we don’t charge a consultation fee,
the hard copies have to be mailed and cannot be used for future
reference or as examples for future projects.
The samples are – depending of how detailed the product is –
sold at the actual price plus shipping.
However, in case of an order, this expense will be
subtracted from the final cost of your order.
When do I pay?
After you have approved all the photos or the samples you
have received, and when you are ready to order. We will work with you on all
the discount options, and we will make sure your stationery is affordable. We
only charge the actual shipping cost.
How do I pay?
When you purchase via Etsy you can pay directly there. The
payment link will take you to Paypal.
For any other options, please contact us first. Checks,
money orders or cash at pick up are accepted.

All items are shipped via USPS = PRIORITY with TRACKING
NUMBER, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and THEY ARE INSURED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT YOU
PAID.
You are welcome to use your FedEx or UPS account, we will
gladly use them if you prefer.
